    I didn't buy it my uncle did new. If is it the CPU would it still allow everything else to light up etc?

    I just built my first pc. When i opened the CPU (AMD R5 3600) there were bent pins. i bent them back into place until it could be dropped into the AM4 slot. Finished the build and Motherboard, CPU cooler and fans light up, fans on GPU are spinning but RAM doesn't light up and no video output. Is this a dead CPU or something else? I dont have any parts to swap either.
