I would like to build a $600 pc for online classes (lol) and a bit of 1080p gaming. I'm not sure if it is a good time to build right now especially for the rumors of ryzen 4000 and rnda2. But rn, I'm gaming on a laptop with i5 4210u no dgpu and 4gb ram.
I'm from the Philippines and prices for pc parts sky rocketed for the past few months due to influx in demand for wfh and online classes. I will use 50 PhP = 1 USD for conversion.

*I'm also considering R5 3500 ($157) I'm not really sure if it is worth the extra $40
***I have a 500gb hdd on me. So i think that is enough, but I'm open for recommendations.
