    Essentially, I have a 16gb dual channel kit installed in my PC but Windows has only ever seemingly used a maximum of 7.3gbs. It sucks that I paid for 16gb's just to only be able to use less than half. The strangest part is it says that 16gb's are capable yet I've NEVER seen it use more than 7.3 gbs. Please help.
