  1. Having issues getting my new build to boot through USB. I’m having to use MacOS to get the windows 10 64 bit installer onto a drive. I’ve been using Etcher to flash the ISO file (I’ve even tried boot camp which doesn’t even get a bootable drive on the BIOS) but when the installer begins on the new PC I get a message stating “the media driver is missing” and “no device drivers were found”. USB is in a 2.0 port, I’ve tried plugging into a different port and rescanning, and running the boot in UEFI but still the same message. MOBO - Asus X570-PLUS TUF (WiFi)
  2. USB is in a 2.0 on the IO port on the motherboard, I'm getting "A media driver your computer needs is missing". And then continues to reload with the same message as previously stated.
  3. I was able to start the windows setup but I get a notification that "no device drivers were found. make sure installation media contains the correct drivers." I followed each step from Etcher and had both a UEFI file on my USB and a normal boot option in the BIOS.
  4. Forgive me but I am still in a learning curve, what's the difference in a legacy boot versus an UEFI boot? Is one preferred to the other?
  5. Just completed my first build and everything seems to be working but my USB drive won’t boot after BIOS. I downloaded a windows install on my MacBook Pro (only option I have), followed all the formatting instructions, boot camp, etc... After I select the USB drive from the boot menu, I get a black screen with a blinking underscore. Are my USB files messed up or do I need to change settings in the BIOS?
