Thank you for the help, my second question would be is there a wifi adapter you can recommend for the board? I'm not where near my router or ethernet outlet.

I just need help, how much help, well to me a lot. I'm building my first PC and I'm super excited about it. I haven't stopped looking at videos, sales pages, guides everything. But one thing that has really stumped me is the motherboard, I need help choosing one for my system. Background, I'll probably be using this for gaming and school (business major). The games I primarily play are COD, Red Dead 2, LOL, and hoping to get into some valorant. I'm hoping to run them at high settings, preferably 1440p and upwards of 144hz if possible. I don't know if that'll help but that's all the info I have. Below I've attached my current build, I already started buying starting with the SSD. What my biggest concern is that I've heard a lot of different people tell me different things about motherboards so right now I am unsure of what to get. I understand that the B450 sometimes needs to be updated for the 3000 series Ryzen chips, but I also heard that the X570 is overkill for my system. I don't know what to choose, and even after choosing between the X570 or the B450 I don't know which company to pick and which model.
