my second monitor is detected by windows, but the display is just black. nothing how do i fix this

this is my idle temperature, when i actually do something like open sony vegas, start playing minecraft or whatever, it goes up quite alot. highest temperature i've experienced is 85 degrees. i've also checked task manager and my cpu is boosting to 3ghz when not doing anything. so maybe thats the problem

recently upgraded my ram on my old computer, got an 8gb stick and added it to my current 4 worked fine, windows detected everything just fine until today windows decided 12gb was too much and now is refusing to detect 5gb of the ram cpu-z detects it, my bios detects it idk wut to do

yes i have i've tried different audio devices, i've double checked if its the right header, heck, i even switched cases to see if it was my case headers. mobo - asrock ab350m hdv cpu - amd a10 9700 ram - 12gb ddr4 2133mhz (for some reason windows isn't detecting 5gb of it but my bios and cpu-z is) storage - wd blue 1tb hdd psu - cooler master mwe 500 gpu - msi gtx 960 2gd5t oc

only usb works please help
