Thanks will try these soulutions out it seems like one of them should work! (I had already tried your 3rd suggetion and it does indeed create far to big a delay) and if all elses fails I'll have a go at this as well

This may not make any sense but i'll a give it a shot.... I am 'on charge' of running the tech team for a small church that my dad ministers, we use the (5 input) Fender Passport conference portable P.A system (not my choosing but we work with what we got) but it doesn't have any outputs for recording - plugging in to the headphone out won't work as it creates a loud buzzing sound. The ultimate goal is to live stream with obs. We have a focusrite scarlet solo we used in lockdown and could use a mixer but don't want to as we don't own a building and we have to setup and tear down every Sunday morning in a rented conference room. If any one has any solutions or if you require any extra information plz reply. Thanks - Calum P.s - I'm only in my early teens so don't have huge knowledge in this kind of stuff :D

nope just the 1 seems like a good option no other outputs and is something like a Thin client so no gpu upgradeability

I've decided to go dual monitors now that i've been streaming more during lock down but my pc is a little short on io I only have the one Hdmi port (for my primary monitor) and dont have usb type c just type a. If anyone knows of an adapter / way to get an extend monitor output from usb type A to HDMI that would be helpful. thx

I have never had any problems with my laptop but just turned it on and found it super slow and taking forever just to open apps eventually I got task manager open and found CPU at 100% I have tried restarting but it made no difference and manually stoping the application but got errors saying cannot be done a quick Google search suggests deleting it but any ideas on how to make it stop plz thx (it has been going at this for just about 4hours) Os: windows10

I managed to force install updates (and there were alot of them) and now have the lshw command I then ran and it came up with diffrent formats and options but i can't find out how to select/run another command to choose any of them alredy tryed lshw [-html] [-numeric] edit: I got it without the brackets but it says it might be incompleate/inaccurate and i should run it as SUPER USER! edit again this is never going to be worth it thanks for all the help and ideas but i'm going to call this as solved as it can be -

Have restarted it and I dont have wifi and cant find where I could add another device or something but the files (rtl8812au) have installed

Just done says 'finished running install steps.' What next? Should I just plug it back in to see if it recognises it
