temps are not an issue here my monitor is 1920x1080 my gpu just sits at 10-30% utilization while playing csgo only but when i play any other game it runs just fine

my os is windows 10 and in rainbow six seige and destiny 2 i get fps equal to anyother gtx 1060 would perform

spec 3400g 16gb trident z 3200mz gtx1060 every other game i run works just fine but when i run csgo the fps drops like crazy its like 30-40 fps.I did all types of troubleshooting from the guides shown by YT idk what to do can anyone help?
