I bought a prebuilt and when I turned it on, the fans and case is all lightning up but my gpu isn't, it's brand new and I don't know nothing (almost nothing), what is wrong? Should I install drivers, what are they, where can I install them? If that's not the issue, what is?

Im new to pc hardware and i was just looking at the offers and saw the b450 at a good price and a ryzen 7 3700x but in pc parts picker it says to update the bios and that would require an old cpu.

and about the motherboard for the ryzen 7 3700x , would a msi z470 gaming pro work with the cpu?

@TofuHaroto But as seen in the vid the 5700xt was holding 60-110 fps in 'normal' games where there wasn't a quick screen swipe which makes it easier for the fps to go up rather than having fps drops because of the fast gameplay in racing games
