One of my Ram modules ( i have 4 ) sometimes goes out of sync in colors and its like late with them , is there anyway possible to fix them ?

Temp is 67 , 5%-7% workload , base clock 3.79GHZ,

On CPU-Z Application it keeps showing me that Core speed hits 4200-4465 , then drops to 3564 - 3365 etc how can i make it stable ? or is that normal ? or do i need to over clock or there's no need ?

So I'm getting the Lian Li Razer Case tomorrow , and i was curious .. about the exhaust and intake fans . so i bought 6x 120 mm normal rgb fans for the case , and the AIO Aorus 360mm , do i mount the Aorus on the Side and the other rgb fans on top and bottom , or AIO on top and side bottom fans ? and which should be exhaust and intake for the best cooling performance !? i hope you understood what i meant ! if not please let me know

So I'm Buying the Lian Li Case on Wednesday and i bough 6x Scythe Kaze Flex Fans . can i mount them directly all of them and make them light and work ? or do i need some what a fan hub ? and can any fan hub work ?
