  1. So I bought LED lights about a year ago and lost the controller. I've been tempted to get a new IR Controller in order to hopefully revive my LED's that have been off for a few months because of the lost controller. My dilemma is, the IR Receiver for the strips says: "IR Remote Control Input voltage DC12V-24V Output current 6A(MAX)" And on this website I found an IR Receiver box that says literally the exact same thing on it however I'm not sure if the controller that'll come with the box will be compatible with the LED's I currently have setup. Im tempted into buying it solely due to the fact the receiver box says the same thing and the 4 pin male kinda looks similar to the 4 pin female I have connected to the strips. Any ideas? PS: No I don't know the name of the company I bought the lights off of I got em on clearance for like 20CAD$.
  2. So, would it be ideal to try and get a 4 pin to 3 pin 5V adapter by chance? Such as this one: https://www.newegg.ca/deepcool-rgb-convertor-black/p/1W8-00JK-00030
  3. So, I'm having a problem with the Thermaltake ux200 RGB fan, the fan spins and all but the actual RGB portion of the fan isn't functional. Primarily due to the fact I haven't plugged the two 1-pin cables that must be connected to the motherboard for the RGB to work. My main problem is, the two 1-pin connectors are both female (one is a D cable and the other is a ground cable⏚) I can't find the actual male port on the motherboard that allows for me to hook these up into the motherboard to control the RGB using Aura Sync and to actually turn it on to begin with. Listed below are my specs relative to what might be needed to hook up the RGB: CPU Cooler: Thermaltake UX200 ARGB Lighting CPU Cooler Motherboard: ASUS TUF Z390-Plus Gaming LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) DDR4 DP HDMI M.2 Z390 ATX Motherboard with onboard 802.11ac WiFi and USB 3.1 Gen2 Power Supply: CX Series™ CX650M — 650 Watt 80 PLUS® Bronze Certified Modular ATX PSU Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated, this fan is the last portion I need to truly complete my RGB setup.
