  1. Would it be a bad idea to Disable Automatically Restart in the Advanced System Settings?
  2. Thanks gloop. Just reinstalled the graphics drivers with, unfortunately, no resolution. Cheers, Thomas
  3. Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, clearing the CMOS didn't work and, since the PSU was installed yesterday, I just checked to make sure all cables were fitted correctly, but still no fix. Any more suggestions? Many thanks, Thomas
  4. Problem: Last week I built my first PC (having moved from an iMac) and when my PC is under heavy load (graphics-intensive games) it force restarts. Since, we have replaced the original GPU (PowerColor RX 580) with a different brand (Asus Arez RX 580) with no resolution. We also replaced the original PSU (Thermaltake TR2 600W) with a different PSU (Be Quiet System 9 600W), still with no fix. We have tested (just) RAM stick 1 in motherboard slot 2 and (just) RAM stick 2 in motherboard slot 4 - the latter was stress tested with no issues with the CPU for 15 minutes before loading up a game (Train Sim World 2020), where it force restarted within the first two minutes. Temperatures remain low (around 60 degrees) for both the CPU and GPU during gameplay. Operating system: Windows 10 Professional 64 bit Specs: Ryzen 5 1600 AF, Asus Prime B450M-A, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz, Asus Arez RX 580 8GB, Be Quiet System 9 600W, Seagate 2TB HDD, WB 240GB M.2. Bios Version: 13/11/2019 Software: Force restarts under heavy load in games such as Train Sim World 2020 and F1 2018, but not in less intensive games such as Minecraft. Error: Kernel-Power (Event ID: 41, Task Category: 63) We are running out of options. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, Thomas
