I've tried many different headphones, and no change.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers many times, and even tried loading a restore point, and it hasn't changed

I've tried taking audio from both the front and the back, and the problem persists.

I built a new pc a few days ago, and everything was going fine until the audio all messed up. It sounded terrible, and was crackly and randomly cut out when I was mid csgo match or any time really. I fixed the terrible sound by changing it to 192000Hz, but it's still crackly and cuts out. Help me!!!
