I recently bought a Mi TV 4S 43" chinese version and it comes with a chinese interface. Though the language can be set to english but those bloatware remains chinese and also no google play store working. Tried to sideload gapps but no luck. Stream youtube through app called "Smart Youtube". It works. But any video on vp9 codec doesn't run smoothly.Netflix also doesn't work!
Is there any way to install stock android tv firmware in this tv?
