Hey guys ,
I recently bought a GAINWARD RTX 2070 to upgrade my old gtx 1070 card. I installed it , but every second power button start up gets to black screen...So I hit the power button , everything is working ( I can hear and see it inside the pc ) but the monitor shows no signal.
Once I hold the power button to power off and rehit the button after some time , the monitor shows up , everything is working perfectly ! ( I tested it , I played with my new video card and no fps drop, stuttering , screen error etc.)
I do not understand why this is happening... why every second startup . I updated to the latest video card drivers. I changed back to gtx 1070 and its always working as it intended. I do not use any overclocking on any of my hardware.
Can it be a problem that I don't have enough voltage with the new graphics card? I saw some forums , normal psu with 500W could handle the RTX2070. The system starts up and working every second try.
Here are my specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600x
GPU: RTX 2070 8gb
RAM : 16gb (2x8)
PSU : Chieftec element series 500W (ELP 500S) Bronze
Mobo : Asrock A320M-DVS R3.0 (bios are up to date)
Monitor : AOC Q3279VWFD8 2560x1440 (I'm using display port cable)
I'm using 2x 3.0 USB slot ( Regular Keyboard + Mouse) with a PCI card .
Thanks for any advice !
(Sorry for my english)
