The weird bugs are that I know the software is picking up my gpu because it can tell me the temps clocks and stuff in real time, but whenever I try to do the fan test, it says that every single fan doesn't work, even though they are all spinning at max rpm. The rgb also just doesn't work. It's stuck at it's default static gradient from orange to pink. No matter what setting I do nothing changes. I have reinstalled the program several times and I don't know what to do.

Title basically says it all. Just the parts, no need for peripherals or a monitor to be included in the price (I already have those). Looking to push 1440p 100hz with this pc if possible. A PCPartpicker link would be apreciated.

I am building a pc in the NZXT H510 case and since there is only 2 fans in the back that are both exhaust fans, I decided to buy 2 120mm fans to install in the front as intakes. I am clueless on how to actually install the fans to the case though. I can't really find any useful information online so I came here looking for help.
