    I do have a BIOS switch on my GPU and is set to right. I downloaded the newest AMD graphics drivers with Adrenalin. Shuld I switch the BIOS??

    Hello, I'm new to computer building and I need some help. I bought an RX 580 Sapphire Nitro+ 8gb from the second hand market. I run an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with a 550W PSU and a B450-PLUS Asus Tuf gaming motherboard. I bought the Watch dogs 2 game and Red dead redemption 2. On Rdr 2 I run Vulkan API, when I go over to DX12 the game has big texture fails...same with Watch Dogs 2. I just want to know if is this a dying GPU or a Windows problem?
