I was also planning to add 3-5 120mm case fans, only fans and no sound cards etc. Will it still be enough?

Hey guys, I am new to pc building. I was wondering if my DeepCool DE600 450w psu can power an rx470D (that's right, with the big D) because I'm planning to buy one for an upgrade for my old r7 250. Here are my current specs: CPU: AMD A8 - 7680 CPU cooler: DeepCool Ice Edge Mini FS v2.0 Mobo: Emaxx fm2+ a70 RAM: 4GB DDR3 PC1600 HDD: 240GB Hitachi 7200rpm SSD: 120GB WD Green I'm not planning on overclocking things or playing heavy titles.
