  2. Hey guys, i have been playing Doom eternal on extreme graphics.. limited my fps to 144 and i notice that my GPU temps are at 68 C - 71 C or 72 C. Is this healthy for my GPU? will it affect on the long run? I have a Corsair spec 05 case, The GPU is Zotac 1660 ti. Installed two intake front fans, 2 outtake top, and 1 outtake back. Is there any fan configuration you could recommend me to drop these temps? or is it ok to run games like Doom eternal at 71 C ? I've been thinking on buying mushify S2 to get more air flow, but i just wanted to check with you guys first. Instead of letting my money go.
  3. Yeah, I'll leave it as it is. Thank you for replying!
  4. I just wanted to get the heat out from my case since i only have 1 intake fan infront of the case, but i already order some fans to make a good air flow inside the case, two up front intake, two on top out take and 1 on the back also out take. And god Dark rock 4 pro for cpu. The case i have is Corsair Spec 05, with AORUS b450 pro wifi.
  5. thank you for replying! Yeah i wasn't sure to do it. no I'm 100 % sure not to do it.
  6. Hey guys, I have a doubt about using the power supply fan as an outtake fan for my GPU. Is this ok for the PSU or not healthy at all? Please i need your opinions.
  7. Hi CYBR_GHST, just you let you know i already have my PC all setup, from the previous components i mentioned above and now I'm getting 144hz using the hdmi cable 1.4 both monitor and graphics card hdmi ports are 2.0 :). Thank you for the help!
  8. OMG i didn't think about the Laptop HDMI output port! I think you cracked the case! The laptop does not have DP the rig I'm building does though.. (future pc)
  9. Hi CYBR_GHST, thank you for responding. I am sure that both hdmi ports from this monitor are HDMI 2.0. as i've seen it in the official LG site and other reviews. I am thinking that the problem might be the cable. Perhaps it's not an HDMI 1.4 and instead it's a 1.2 I already ordered a Display cable 1.2 to play at 144hz on 144p or 1080p. The games that i've tried using 144hz is Paladins and quake live. though i can't because the output display is at 120hz so... i could play Paladins at 90-100 fps at 1080p using 120hz (Paladins running at low) and on Quake live i would play with no problems at 120hz feeling pretty good. (Quake live running at low) to play 144hz at 144p or 1080p I'm building my self a good rig. Specs for future rig: Ryzen 5 2600 GTX 1660 ti Vengance 16 gigs ram 3200mhz dual B450 AORUS PRO WIFI Rev. 1.0 Corsair VS650 W Kingston SA2000M8/250G Solid State Drives, GB, 2280-Inch and this is the Display cable i ordered https://www.amazon.com.mx/gp/product/B01J8S6X2I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  10. From the things i researched HDMI 1.4 does support 144hz on 1080p. I'm running the laptop at a 1080p resolution. But I'm not getting the option to put 144hz. A friend told me that it's because of Intel HD graphics which is not campatible with 144hz but I'm not sure if this is correct.
  11. Hi guys, this is my first time getting my hands on a 144hz monitor. I recently got LG 24GL600F-B which has a 144hz.. I am running it under a laptop. (nothing special) i7 8650U, 16 g. ram and using Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620. It only let's me set it to 120hz. The hdmi ports are 2.0 and I am using it from hdmi with a cable that was included with the monitor which is an hdmi 1.4 cable. Why can't i get 144hz? Is it because of the cable or the laptop it's self? Please help, i've been searching for days but all i get is info about how to set up 144hz in any computer.
