    Sadly the 4gb is soldered. This would just underclock the 2666 into 2400mhz, right? Thanks for the help! Appreciate it!.

    Acer Swift 3 SF314-41-R9VF I have this model of laptop. It's running on Ryzen 5 3500U and sadly it comes with 4gb of memory. Now that I'd like to upgrade it, the only ram speed that is available to me is a 2666Mhz one. Is it possible that I'd use this one with the existing 2400Mhz? Bonus if you send some tip one how large should I get? Would +8gb do? Thanks!
