My cpu (i9 9900k) is idle at 70 degrees but If the load goes over 10% it goes to 100 degrees. I have recently upgraded my pc and reinstalled windows 10. New motherboard, cpu, ram and case. Everything seems to be working fine and running but the cpu is way to hot. I am thinking it might be my water cooling, I have a corsair h115i from my old build. It shows the fans and pump are spinning in Corsair icue software though. I reapplied thermal paste and that didnt change anything. The only thing I can think of is that the pump isnt spinning and the water isn’t circulating in the water pipes? Any idea guys?
