  1. Im just confused as it was running in the 30-40°C range when I first downloaded windows but now running at 55-60 degrees at idle without anything running in the background so im sure it is meant to run in the 30’s. I only undervolted my cpu after the temps rised after a windows Reset which only lowered the temps in the bios really
  2. Hi there, ive managed to make the fans quiet, and i slightly lowered the voltage, and im getting around 45 in bios but still around 55°C idle in windows
  3. Hi there I have just built my first pc after days-worth of pc videos and build videos and new pc community member, making the switch from apple. I have built my system and it posts, although I'm having trouble with idle temps. When I installed windows I immediately updated it. After updating I downloaded the Asus Armour Crate software to download drivers and update chipsets and so on. I also downloaded Ryzen Master to check temps. I have reattached the AIO about 3 times, making sure to apply the thermal paste minimally, and equally thumb-tighten the water block onto the cpu ensuring equal dispersion of pressure. After loading up the bios, I made sure D.O.C.P is on and further changed fan speeds as they were running at 100%. As for the water pump I tried the cpu fan header and the AIO pump header and made sure it's running at full rpm (I then also tried a chases fan header and set it to 100% just to make sure the water is running at full speed, this doesn't change the fan temp across the 3 header options). So I am sure the AIO is connected properly and I can feel the water running through the tubes. The cpu is idling at 60 Degrees C in windows with nothing running in the background (disabled background apps). I have ensured everything is updated, even the bios through Armour Crate. In the bios however it was idling at 38-45 at a point, and at one point in windows it was actually idling around 35. It shows a consistent 60 degree C idle now and I cannot troubleshoot it. Please help, I've been trying to troubleshoot this for a day and a half now. Im running CPU: Ryzen 7 3700 X MOBO: Asus B450 E AIO: Deepcool Castle 240 RGB RAM: 16GB 3600MHZ PSU: 650W 80+gold GPU: RTX 2070s Case: Fractal Meshify C Just a bit more info on the AIO: The exhaust tube only ever got slightly warm, with the rad feeling cool, I made sure to apply a small amount of thermal paste (after running out I ordered and used Arctic MX-4 TC after also reading good reviews on it. I have reapplied thermal paste about 3-4 times now, ensuring to clean the cpu and the water block thoroughly. As for case fans, I have 3 intake from the front mesh panel of the case, and 3 exhaust (2 radiator exhaust). Since I've been only trying to set up my system, ive only experienced cold air blasting from exhaust fans, even from the radiator fans. Thanks for reading through this, I know it's long but I just tried to include as much info as possible
