Found a fix! Posting this so others can learn from me. There was an install error when the firmware was installing which caused the mouse to lose a lot of functionality. All I had to was re download the firmware but a download link for just the firmware was actually very hard to find. I just bought a brand new MM711 and I was loving it for about 10 minutes until I installed the software and firmware. Once that happened the LEDs turned off, scroll wheel stopped working, side buttons stopped working, and the DPI became locked at the highest setting. I know it isn't an issue with the computer/software because when I try the mouse on my other computer all the issues remain. I think I somehow may have put the mouse into demo mode, that's really the only logical explanation I can come up with. Any help is greatly appreciated!
