  1. I think the fresh windows install did the trick. Haven’t gamed but but in-game menu music isn’t stuttering anymore along with YouTube or any other media. Hopefully this was the fix. If so, thanks all!
  2. okay ill think ill give that a go. ive never done a full re-install. could i just port my documents over to my other ssd, remove it, and re-install and then connect the SSD with my games/docs back? also, USB reinstall the preferred way?
  3. no, but that is on the list of troubleshooting next. think it would actually make a difference? ive seen a handful of other forums online talking about how this board has this issue but i cant pinpoint a solution that has worked for me yet
  4. so now ive tested a handful of output devices from USB, earpods, usb speakers, 3.5mm headset and have come to the conclusion while watching videos its not just an audio stutter, but a complete system stutter. gaming and watching videos there is a noticeable pause and blur accompanied by an audio chop.. hmmm
  5. I’ve tried multiple bios versions and have updated all audio drivers from Gigabyte website
  6. So I should have mentioned, I have a USB headset (HyperX Cloud Flights) have tried every USB as well
  7. I upgraded my motherboard from a b450 tomahawk to a x570 aorus elite wifi and ever since have noticed severe audio stutters, seemingly every 5ish seconds and some games it is MUCH more noticable (Escape From Tarkov is unplayable). Ive attempted to download/update all audio/GPU drivers that I can think of to no avail. Ive tried different bios version, RAM speeds, etc. The only thing left would be to try some different ram sticks and see if that changes anything.. someone pls help Specs Ryzen 5 2600x Radeon 5700xt Red Devil x570 Aorus Elite Wifi Patriot Viper 16gb 3200mhz ram I also noticed while playing Valorant that frame times were spiking heavily and that the entire pc may be suffering from microstutter
