  1. Thanks everyone. Quick update, I actually was able to boot and the system recognized the 32 GB of RAM. Upon reviewing the BIOS settings, I fine tuned and overclocked the memory by 3% and the system failed and would not boot. I reviewed the MOBO manual and it indicates not to mix memory with different latency. I had to reset the CMOS in order to get a successful boot. Learned the hard way but I am just going to return the slower latency RAM sticks. I am going to decide if I need 32GB of RAM or if I can put that towards another upgrade later. Thanks again for the help everyone.
  2. Hi everyone. Desperately looking for help here. I built my PC back in Jan/Feb and purchased 16 GB (2 x 8GB) of G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 RAM (F4-3600C16D-16GVKC) with latency at CL16-19-19-39 1.35v. PC runs great. Super happy with the performance. No issues encountered. I got an ebay Gift card recently and decided to purchase, what I thought, was the same 16GB of RAM as a rather cheap upgrade to 32GB of RAM. When I received the RAM, I realized the latency numbers were different. The new sticks are G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 RAM (F4-3600C18D-16GVKC) with latency at CL18-22-22-42 1.35v. Will this cause PC issues if I install all 4 sticks into the PC? Or will it run at the slightly slower latency speeds? I am trying to decide if it is worth returning the product.
