  1. sorry for late respose, I just checked rust an each thread is around 30 to 50% all seems normal there
  2. Ddr3L is required for skylake cpus, regular ddr3 will fry them and ddr4 isnt compatible with my mobo, they are full sized desktop ddr3L, overall aside from eft in rust why is it acting up like that?
  3. So here's the deal.. Specs: CPU: i7 6700 (good for 1440p with a 1070 ti is think) GPU: 1070 ti 8gb PSU: plenty good enough 600w bronze evga MOB: hp oem motherboard by the name of odense, it supports my cpu and i have no problems running 100% cpu tasks, cpu stays cool RAM: 2x8gb ddr3L 1600mhz (one samsung and one kingston, identical specs except for spd revision, one is 1.3 one is 1.1, they seem to work fine together) So, my games have been performing pretty lackluster, alot of the times in games like rust and escape from tarkov i dont see my utilization maxed for my gpu and its usually even lower for my cpu, especially when i try for high fps with lower graphics settings, gpu or cpu are not the bottleneck, at least according to utilization in msi afterburner osd. What is stopping me from turning down graphics settings and playing at a higher fps? the only thing I can do at this point is crank my 1070 ti to high settings on 1440p to get the best looks and performance but I would prefer trying the option of a high fps. (No i cannot buy ddr4 my mobo only supports ddr3) Help please!
