    I think it's my GPU. It works fine with a laptop and a raspberry pi.

    I get that rainbow screen until windows boots and then I can see windows. I've tried different HDMI cables but nothing changed. However when it's plugged into a pc monitor (from a friend) not a TV it works fine.
