  1. I remember reading someone talking about a 3050 releasing as an entry-raytracing capable card, since NVIDIA wants to push raytracing. Should I just buy the 1650 Super/1060 when 30x0 release around September then?
  2. Well, this kinda sucks then, considering the fact I just got this as a gift a few months ago. Anyway, kind of off topic, but is there any leaks about NVIDIA releasing 3050 or similar alongisde 3080-3090 around September? Need to know if I should aim at buying a 1060, or something else.
  3. Those are sadly still out of my budget.
  4. The problem is - it's completely random, some applications work with no issues while using the GPU, some are completely black, some are a mess of stretchy stuff, some work in DX11, some work only in DX12, etc.
  5. I DDU'd the drivers several times, it's not them. No overclock. Not a VRAM issue either, at least not one I could detect. All of the PSU's you suggested are WAY out of my money zone (I can go up to about 4000 RUB, which is about 60$), as they cost up to 4x my budget, no, I cannot raise my budget, even the current budget is very high for me.
  6. I have an aerocool 550w vx plus (a single 6+2 pin)[Plan to change it to a 600w thermaltake RGB, hoping that it'd fix the issue], connected to this gpu using a MOLEX adapter, which from what I was told gives out less Watts that required. The msi r9 390 itself requires a single 6 and a single 8 pin connected to it. Also, the monitor at some seemingly random points turns completely black, don't know the reason of it, but it started only when I started using this gpu. (fixed by turning it off and on again, or changing the screen to 4:3 and back) UPD1: Forgot to mention the fact that this doesn't happen everywhere, and some of the issues seem to disappear if I get the gpu to be under pressure [e.g run furmark at 1440p 8x msaa], but not always, for an example if I run Dying Light normally - no shadows render, and if I run it after opening furmark - shadows start rendering properly, sometimes any issues don't appear at all, like in the case of Counter Strike Global Offensive.
  7. Issues in DirectX 11, no issues in DirectX 9. https://gyazo.com/a3ae4199da17e456398b7f52c1df8ef0 After ending the DirectX 11(ultra settings + 2x MSAA) benchmark I got a score of 2300~ , if that matters in any way. UPD: Actually, no issues if it's running windowed, weird, but the radeon adrenalin app still doesn't work https://gyazo.com/31c616a7f625296c8d180a2bee5766f8
  8. Welp, no can do, https://gyazo.com/f3a05cb42ac8b9de00ed997e9ad0e724 The core clock speeds seem to jump from 600~ to 900~ constantly, is that a sign to something real bad? Never noticed it happening before, afterburner is off.
  9. Going to be a pretty hard task considering this: https://gyazo.com/11d2f2aee206fa21271f59ef361a9020 Will try though.
  10. It was on while I was writing the first post, the voltage seems to jump from 914 to 1133, which could be normal, but I dunno. The main problem I have atm (excluding the whole thing with the gpu artifacts) is the fact that the whole "yellow line will appear if you press CTRL+L in Voltage/Frequency curve editor while also highlighting the required voltage" doesn't seem to do absolutely anything. The screenshot is old, but the issue persists on every driver I tried (which is around every each one on the AMD support page), except for the default windows ones.
  11. Don't think it does, unless I'm doing something wrong. Pressing CTRL+L in the voltage/frequency curve editor does absolutely nothing (I did click on the voltages), if that's the way you force the voltage to be constant.
  12. Not a memory ic issue though, at least not one you can see with a OCCT (although if there's better tools to check that kinda stuff - tell me), unless I am being a moron, which is likely.
  13. Afterburner CTRL+L doesn't seem to work. And I need to do this to see if my gpu will work fine like that, since when its under a certain voltage/frequency - most apps start glitching out. Using a MSI r9 390 8gb, drivers - latest (default windows drivers do work without doing this kinda stuff)
