Anyone know why my gpu and cpu would be at 30% utilization while I am only getting around 80 frames in rust? how can i fix this. Specs : Ryzen 7 3700x 2080 super ddr4 3600 16 gb b450 tomahawk max

I also want to make sure that it can fit all the parts that I want to buy

So what is the best case to buy for this build that looks good but also has good cable management and airflow

So with the current build I should be able to build the computer.

so with all of these can I fully build the computer or do I need anything else like a cooling fan or something like that
