Glad to say i have resolved the issue it was in fact the motherboard as i first thought. I'm sending out the faulty one for RMA then try to flip it somewhere if it comes back in working condition.

Well now I have a bigger issue. Woke up this morning and nothing shows up anymore the computer turns on the GPU spins everything looks well but no video.

Yes its a connected via display port but the issue also happens with other monitors and TV's so its not the Monitors fault at all. Its something to do with the PC.

Its been happening since i built it. This only happens every other boot up. but occasionally it gives me this issue. It would turn on then the computer would stay on but the monitor would shut off. If i hard reset after it would turn on just fine.

Yes it does TV's and Monitors. So the problem has to be the PC itself.

So i have a Samsung 27in 144hz monitor. and sometimes it doesn't display a picture until i hard reset my PC. I've replaced cables taken apart and rebuilt my PC and i'm still having issues. I'm thinking its a power supply issue but i want another opinion before i waste money. My Specs. RTX 2070 Super Ryzen 5 3600 G.Skill 16 GB DDR4 3000 Ram Tomhawk Max Mobo 650W PSU
