    Hi for i look the problem is the motherboard. Maybe is the low chip is create a bottleneck. I try buying a new motherboard wit a chip-set for new generation of Ryzen and PCI-E 4.0. Then you win for 3 ways, 1 - Better chip-set, 2 - PCI-E 4.0 (wen you Upgrade the CPU) - And the possibility to upgrade a new Generation of CPU wen you cant.

    I think this card is very good for the money she cost and you can move whatever in 4k to 60FPS. And if is a something for a moment is more reason to go for something more cheap that a toop NVidia GPU
