    It's already on. Just turned on the display indicator to confirm it's on. Still showing stutter

I've tried all kinds of solutions. I've tried limiting fps with RTSS but it still stutters. I tried cutting off G-sync and it still stutters. Sometimes it also appears that the brightness also flickers randomly when using G-sync. None of my temps are ever really high either. Any help and suggestions would be appreciated
