POP OS 20.04 AMD Integrated Graphics [Vega] I don't install any, just use the preinstalled once. Xorg

I am using pop os since last year on Asus Vivobook AMD Ryzen 3500U. I had some issues during installation after that it worked fine without any major issue till few weeks back when i started face issues like system freezing while doing basic task. When my system froze i thought close the lid and then opening will help instead my system turn pixelated. Image for reference. I have lost a lot of my work in last few weeks because of it. Any help fixing the issue is appreciated.

I have enable nvidia driver and also GPU acceleration in the browser.

I am trying to explain as best as i can. I have laptop with nvidia graphics. I checked the graphic driver is installed, in browser smooth scrolling is also enabled but still while browsing is see frame drops, or something like earlier software of galaxy fold one side scrolls and the after a while second side comes. This happens in browser while scrolling, watch videos on youtube, there are a lot of frame drop while playing video, also while watching video stored locally and at times even when i right click on the desktop there will be some adjusting first. I don't know what it is and i can't find a way to fix it. If someone can help me fix it, that will be greatly appreciated. I am using Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Recently i switched over to Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon and have been facing slow charging speed. Before this on Windows 10, charging took approximately 2 hrs while on Linux it takes approximately 5-6 hrs. Model - Lenovo ideapad 320-15IKB Product: Intel Core i5-7200U *-battery Device Name: L16L2PB3 Designed Capacity: 35000 mWh Full Charged Capacity: 20450 mWh I can't be around a wall socket for 5 hrs or so to charge so that it discharges in an approx 1 and half hrs. If there is a way in which it will take two hrs to check and 1 and half to discharge please tell me know. i will be grateful. Thank you.
