okay so why will a 32 gig system get more fps than a 16 gig system even tho the game isnt using all 16 gigs?

Hi I just made my account here because of a upgrade that i might will do. im gonna cut the bs and ask you will my z87 g43 (MS 7816) (Thats my motherboard) be able too handle a gtx 1080 ti from evga? im currently on a gtx 780 wich sucks ass and i want an upgrade. and will that motherboard be able too have a intel i5 9600k????
