    Both my CPU usage and my CPU temps are spiking.

    But why won't it stay at 100%? At the start of the test it stayed at 100% for 30 seconds. Is my CPU overheating?

    Can anyone help me diagnose the problem with my CPU. Was running Cinebench R20 today and noticed that my CPU usage keeps spiking from 100 - 20% every second. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
