Just finished new pc build 2600x B350-plus asus 16gb ram 3000mhz corsair M.2 ssd samsung evo 970 Gtx 1070 Ti 750W psu The fans and everthing turn on but theres no screen nothing any suggestion ?

i wanna go to bios go to cpu ratio and change it to 41 and not 29 i want more preformace from this cpu
