when i try to do this after the turning off and on it boots and says its booted in safe mode, then auto directs me to the bios

i have tried that but after saving those settings and booting it nothing changes

I just built my first pc but i'm having ram issues. i bought 2 sticks of 16 gb memory at 3600 MHz speed. however both in the bios and in the performance on task manager it shows they are performing at 2666 MHz. ive tried following videos to fix this problem but it wont update the speed. my motherboard is able to hand

I'm a sophomore in college focusing on graphic design, as well as starting a streaming career in my free time. Im looking to spend around 2 grand on building a beast of a pc for games and streams and i have picked out most of my parts except 2, the processor and the motherboard. Since the motherboard depends on which processor i plan to get im unsure on which will suit my need best. I'm debating between the intel core i7-9700k and the amd ryzen 9 3900x. Any help on judging which im better off with would be greatly apreciated as this will be my first time building a computer.
