So I have been running the pc for about a week and I noticed it was really hot, so I checked the cooler and noticed I had never flipped the latch into place. Now that I have done this, temps have dropped but when the fan goes up to a high rpm, a weird grinding noise occurs? Does anyone know what this could be? video below IMG_0086.MOV

I installed the ryzen chipset drivers, turned on the power plan and now it is always running at 4.3 ghz (even idle) So i uninstalled the chipset drivers and switched back to the balanced plan and it hasnt changed back, its still loud and hot, if i dont want my ears to fall off I have to go into power saver mode, does anyone have a fix?

Yeah i have speedtested on my laptop and old pc and it is way better than this pc.

I have the at&t uverse router i know its not a problem with my router though its something with the new pc and i cant figure it out.

its around 50 Mb/s but its actually slower on ethernet for some reason so im using a wifi connection

no its downloading slow at like 5MB/s on forza, and yeah the psu is temporary the one that i ordered was DOA so im using an old shitty one.

it has downloaded all the updates downloading forza horizon 4 but its pretty slow

Just built a brand new pc and it is getting bad internet speeds, about 10 MB p/s less than my old pc at about 5 MB/s I have installed all the network drivers but I dont know what is causing the issue I really dont think this would matter but I am also running the pc outside of the case with a shitty placeholder psu until my new one gets here because the one i bought was DOA.
