Hi everyone and thank you for passing by. Specs to help: I7 6700k @4.4, Z170 Gaming 5 gigabyte mobo, 16GB CL15 3200Mhz ram, Corsair RM 750 PSU, Ryou 240 cooler. My problem: I cannot get any clock stable over 4.4GHZ on my CPU, voltage at 1.3. My question: I have tried to get anything above 4.4 but it does not seem to work, I can get 4.5 to work for a while but then at some poing my games will crash and or my PC will freeze sooner or later. I have tried to set the voltage as high as 1.4 just to see if this would change anything but, Nah, it would not, I see so many people getting 4.7 without a problem. Does anyone here know why this could be and or if I'm simply out of luck with my CPU and I got a "bad" one?

But I would recommend getting new ram, as 8 is really not enough for Warzone.

I'm using CL15 at 3200mhz G skill ram.

Yhea, my guess would also be the ram, you need the same 2 sticks so it can work together kinda deal, having 2 completely different ram sticks is not ideal, the problem with Warzone is that it does eat a lot of ram and with 8gb you will have many lag spikes (My friend had 8GB and he was constantly having bad lag spikes), I would recommend getting two 8GB ram sticks that have the same clock speed.

This seems very strange, I have an I7 6700k at 4.4GHZ and a GTX 1080 and I have around 90+ FPS with textures on ultra and some other settings on high. What's the speed of your ram?

If I add another receiver to the Sata connector, would this work? For example this: https://www.amazon.es/Abcidubxc-Adaptador-Corriente-3-Pin-Gigabyte/dp/B087CWYNN5/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=3+pin+rgb+5v+controller&qid=1589985467&sprefix=3+pin+RGB+&sr=8-2

Hi Community, Thank you for passing by I have a question about my motherboard, it's the Gigabyte Z170 gaming 5 and it does not have an RGB header, my case however does need a 3 pin one, is there any workaround to connect these in any way to the motherboard with some type of adapter or something?

The best thing would probably be to get new case fans right?

Hmm, and there is no other way to get this working without the HUE 2?

This: , I'm still not sure where to put these on the motherboard https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-Z170MX-Gaming-5-rev-10#ov > this is my mobo, does it have these connectors or am I screwed, I tried looking everywhere but I cannot find anything.
