  1. DDUing the drivers did seem to fix te problem i had. Thank you very much!
  2. I recently bought the entire set of Tomb Raider games on Steam and wanted to play Shadow of the Tomb Raider. But when i boot up the game in DirectX 12 mode the game randomly crashes after a while saying "Out of recources". A solution i found was to not play the game in DirectX 12 and thus not being able to play with RTX on, but i recently bought myself a new pc with a RTX 2060 super so i could play games with RTX. So does anybody know a fix for this problem? My PC specs are: - Ryzen 5 3600 (stock speeds) - Gigabyte RTX 2060 super (stock speeds) - 16 GB 3600MHz RAM
  3. I went into device manager and updated all the devices in there. there was only 1 driver that needed updating which was a USB-C driver. after that i went and did all the steps you gave me but still no result. the problem is still here. i have noticed that when the problem is active a program called 'system interrupts' is very high in terms of CPU usage and when the problem is away it doesn't. could that maybe be an issue?
  4. I have a MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI motherboard with a ADATA SX8200 Pro 512 GB SSD installed into the slot right above the first PCI-e slot. That's the drive i have windows installed on. So you're suggesting to reinstall windows? because that's something i have been thinking about doing as well but i'm wanna try to keep that as a last resort if there is nothing else i can do.
  5. Where can i find the drivers that are installed and how do i uninstall them? Once i've uninstalled all the drivers do i just tell windows to find the drivers for every piece of hardware?
  6. So a few days ago i asked about my system behaving very weird. here's the post: Someone made a great suggestion to install the drivers manually from my motherboard manufacturer and from the AMD website. After a little bit i got it to work properly so i thought the problem was resolved but no, i still have the same issues. Does anybody have an idea what it could be and maybe have a fix for it? Thanks.
  7. Yep, drivers installed correctly, thanks for the help. But how do i know if this fixed my problem? Just by using my system and checking if it doesn't get choppy again?
  8. it gets stuck at 50% and my system becomes choppy again.
  9. I downloaded the system & chipset drivers but it won't install
  10. I have a MSI motherboard but I can't find the proper driver. i tried one but it didn't want to install. my motherboard is the MSI MPG x570 gaming edge wifi.
  11. A couple of days ago i build a new computer and installed windows on it. After that i downloaded Driver Booster 7 and installed and updated all my drivers. Then i checked my Nvidia driver and updated that one manually. The problem that i'm having is that sometimes just at random my system becomes very choppy and games run choppy as well, my CPU is pinned at 4,2Ghz (I have a R5 3600 with no overclock) with random drops to 2-3 Ghz. When i then try to restart my PC it fails, it just doesn't do it, then i get a blue screen giving me error code: driver_power_state_failure. Then it tries to restart again and that time it succeeds. The system restarts normally and everything seems to be fine but a couple minutes later the choppyness happens again. I have no idea what's going on or what i did wrong. Can anybody help me with this?
  12. I'm sorry to say, but i'm not gonna take of the cooler. i did reseat all the screws making sure they where seated right. i read somewhere else that the CPU can run at 80c just fine and my 90+c is only on the cinebench R20 render. i'm gonna buy the Corsair Hydro series H100i (link: https://m.alternate.nl/Corsair/Hydro-Series-H100i-RGB-PLATINUM-SE-waterkoeling/html/product/1551210) and replace my stock cooler with that one. Thanks for the help though.
  13. I have another problem, the cooler is really stuck to the cpu
  14. Can I just take the entire cooler of and reapply it? will the thermal paste still function properly?
