  1. I don't think its a hardware issue bc i got this laptop not even a year ago and theres no reason the gpu would suddenly fry itself
  2. I just received the blue screen VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE while running a fairly heavy game, (Doom Eternal). Last week I was receiving similar problems getting VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL and VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. I thought I fixed the problem after reinstalling my gpu drivers. I dont know what to do now I may just try reinstalling my drivers again. Using Gtx 1060 (mobile)- laptop
  3. Alright I reinstalled my drivers and so far its working
  4. The other day I experienced a blue screen error, VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR while running a heavy game (Doom Eternal). Since it happened once I ignored it. The next day it happened again while running the same game and I decided to research it. I basically got nothing but heard that resetting my computer would fix any issues I had. So I reset my computer (kept personal files). After resetting my computer I have a few issues such as not being able to right click my desktop and the removal of my application icons. Today I booted up the same game and encounter another blue screen VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL. I am out of ideas and I'm thinking of just doing a full factory reset. Help is appreciated. Might come in handy: Issues: Blue screen errors, desktop becomes unresponsive when right clicking Using a Laptop: Acer Predator Helios 300 2018 version, Predator PH315-51 GTX 1060, i7-8750 CPU, 16 gb ram Yes I am updated to the latest Windows 10 version and have updated all my drivers.
