My friend had bought a set of Thermaltake Pure 12 Radiator Fans (premium edition) and gave up on installing them less than a year ago. I had just recently built a PC and he had the kindness to give me his unused fans. The fans function fine, but I am unable to use the RGB function as the ARGB controller was missing upon his opening of the box. This was partially why he had given up on this as he did not have the patience to deal with the customer service. Has anyone had any experience with Thermaltake's policy regarding such matters? I'm willing to shell out a few dollars for the missing part. I can't contact Thermaltake via their number right now. The call is answered with a voice that says Thermaltake is not open at this hour, and directly contradicts the schedule it is claiming that Thermaltake operates in (likely COVID-19 related).

The motherboard initially seemed to be fine as I was able to turn the computer on and run it; the issue is that the SSD doesn't show up in the BIOS. It was tempting to view this as an SSD problem at first but upon trying out the SSD in another computer, I was able to install Windows onto it. Does anyone have any ideas as to what's going on? To my knowledge, the B450-Plus should be compatible with such an SSD. This is my first build so this post might not contain the relevant details. I tried my best to be as clear as I could with this newly learnt jargon.
