My friend had bought a set of Thermaltake Pure 12 Radiator Fans (premium edition) and gave up on installing them less than a year ago. I had just recently built a PC and he had the kindness to give me his unused fans. The fans function fine, but I am unable to use the RGB function as the ARGB controller was missing upon his opening of the box. This was partially why he had given up on this as he did not have the patience to deal with the customer service. Has anyone had any experience with Thermaltake's policy regarding such matters? I'm willing to shell out a few dollars for the missing part.
I can't contact Thermaltake via their number right now. The call is answered with a voice that says Thermaltake is not open at this hour, and directly contradicts the schedule it is claiming that Thermaltake operates in (likely COVID-19 related).
