@ShrimpBrime Btw, thanks anyway for help. And, yeah. My friends laptop was like 5-6 years old cheap one, so maybe have been downgraded to more older motherboard. So can't help because there's only slight information about that. (EDIT : Confirmed that he has tried about swapping the SODIMMs, but still no hope, can't detect it.) After all, I think there's chance on upgrade RAM by inserting dual channel in this stage, the only way is buy another ram that more capacity and just take single channel RAM only. For everyone, maybe can help by give some valuable advices, I'll be happy.

My friend has some trouble with compatibility RAM not because of memory clocks different or anything common, but about 1Rx8 and 2Rx8. Even though I've been searching about it, not all of them I can easily understandable. Please help.
