Update: I completely swapped the PSU and haven't had the problem since!

Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this question but I've tried other forums and couldn't figure this out. For a while, I've had a problem where I put my computer to sleep and later, when I want to wake it up, I either press on the keyboard or on the case's power button and it powers up for a split second before going back to sleep. After it does this, pressing either button again has no effect and the power switch LED on the case flashes the same way it does in sleep mode. I used to resort to turning the PSU switch off and on for it to wake up again, but now that my tower is in an awkward place, it's hard to do that every time. Any insight would be much appreciated as I am a noob when it comes to most of this. Thanks :)

I suppose you're right. I'll look into seeing how I can replace the connector. I guess I'm just tilted by the way the support agent handled it. Like I waited 30 mins and got hung up on ya feel? Thanks for the input though bro.

Any thoughts on what I can do about this?
