Oh sorry, I should have mentioned, this is a used AIO that someone gave me so there isn't any preapplied paste.

I was just wondering if anyone could help me with what the ideal thermal paste application would look like for a Ryzen 3600 CPU? I am installing my first AIO unit and have used thermal pads up until this point. Thanks!

Yeah the wiring is fairly old to my knowledge. I may just have to roll with 2.4 Ghz for the time being.

Do you guys think a Powerline Ethernet Adapter setup would be a viable workaround in an old house with thick walls?

Unfortunately the driver is already the most up to date and the 5G is still acting up. I am directly above the router one floor up. My phone and laptop have no issues getting the 5G internet.

Hello, I just recently built a PC and I am having stability issues with my 5G wifi. The PC has a Rosewill Wi-Fi Adapter / Wireless AC600 Adapter / PCI Express Network Card RNX-AC600PCEv3. Does anyone know of any fixes for this? My 2.4G internet is working just fine but my 5G is not stable, it will connect and then say it has no internet and then drop the connection. Thank you for any help! I greatly appreciate it!
