I have all this issues with my RTX 2070 SUPER : Low LOD and/or Texture Streaming Late, Objects like Trees, Grass, Textures, Shadows, on Wall and others stuff pop in at mid range or pop in far but disappear and re-popin at MidRange (GTA V (Pedestrains and Cars Too!!), The Outer Worlds,Conan) Glittering Lights, Glittering Shadows (GTA V, Borderlands 3, The Outer Worlds) I REPEAT : RYZEN 3800X with my old 970 ? NO ISSUE AT ALL !! RYZEN 3800X with my brand new ASUS RTX 2070 Super ? ALL THESE ISSUES !!! So why an electrical problem should impact my brand new card and not the older ? I will lose my hair

Hello guys I live in France near Paris Just replaced my old 970 by a ASUS ROG STRIG 2070 Super and guess what ? I have graphical issues that I had not before with my 970 !! The Outer Worlds in Ultra all settings : texture and objects pop in pop out when I move (objects, rock and wall textures) GTA V (tested with all different settings to low to high) facking freezes and a lot of trees, Bush pop in even people and cars ! In the sky or in a car, far or close, had not with my 970!!) I fixed the freezes with some settings in the bios but not the pop in problems this is just crazy, why an electrical problem? No issues like that with my 970 !! Or maybe we need to buy a 1500wts alim??? This is just crazy and unbeleivable to spend 600 dollars in a videocard and have more issues than the old and no comment from NVIDIA? No fix ? Im just shocked how many people have the same issues like me Oh I have lightning problems in ALL GAMES Like in Borderlands 3 My games are pretty, the graphics are good I Have just the textures popin issues, lightning problems (Sparkles) and anti aliasing sparkles too in some games like GTA but its too much for a 600 dollars graphic card I pray for someone identify the problem and fix it (directx ?
