Did you update the drivers? That may be the problem.

Like Darpy said I would go with a gpu upgrade to something like a rx 580 or a gtx 1650 super or 1660 then later down the line I would upgrade your entire mobo package like processor ram etc including mobo with cpu

What framerate are you getting and what are the setting that you are using

Are you connected to the internet? It may be trying to fetch it from apples servers.

But they are taking snippets of the content there is a difference
