  1. How can you go back to 60 after using 144/120?
  2. for 144hz, lock to 60 fps in fifa means locked to your default screen refresh rate (for us 144). I have tested no limit on fps too with vsync on. Still same problem
  3. R u playing with freesync on or off? And have u kept all the nvcp settings at default and fifa at lock to 60?
  4. With freesync on when fps drops from 144 to 143 there is slight stutter or a freeze along with a brightness flickering. With fithreesync off when fps drops from 144 to 143 there is a stutter (or you can say a pause or that the game freezes for a few ms) and I can understand it even with the fps counter off. I know we can't see the difference between 144 to 143 but whenever it drops to 143 there is a stutter.
  5. I don't have a gsync monitor. It is a freesync one which is gsync compatible. With freesync on when fps drops from 144 to 143 there is slight stutter along with a brightness flickering. With freesync off when fps drops from 144 to 143 there is a stutter (or you can say a pause or that the game freezes for a few ms) and I can understand it even with the fps counter off.
  6. Hi guys I am using a i5-9400f with rtx 2060 and 16gb memory with a 144hz freesync monitor (gsync compatible) I am experiencing fps drops on fifa 21. If I play on 144hz there are fps drops to 143 4-5 times in a match ( due to this there is a slight stutter. It is as if the game freezes for a few ms) and if I play on 120hz it drops to 119. As It is very annoying. I have tried all possible solutions.( Gsync on/off, no limit/adaptive, prefer max performance, reinstall windows, reinstall the game, delete origin cache, etc) - just to name a few. Any help would be appreciated. I moved from 60hz to 144hz just for smooth gameplay. Now it seems 60hz was better as there weren't these random fps drops.
  7. Hello, I am facing a strange issue in FIFA 20 for the last few months. The camera tracking system is not smooth at all. It seems to be moving slowly than it should and as a result it is causing a stagnant effect for a few milliseconds which is very annoying. I have an i5-9400f and a rtx 2060 I play on locked to 60frames. Previously I had absolutely perfectly smooth gameplay. On normal and fast speed the game causes me to go dizzy however on slow speed it is somewhat playable. Don't know what is causing this issue. I have tried re installing windows, changed the hdmi cables, played the game on both dx11 and dx12. But the issue persists. My last resort would be to switch to a 144hz monitor. Please help.
  8. Got an ssd and installed os and games on it. All games with vsync on run fine with the odd stutter here and there. Had to tweak settings to keep the fps above 60 always. However in cpu intensive games like ac origins and Odyssey frames drop below 60 in a few crowded places and i get a hard stutter. Fifa 20 is the game I play most often and it should run fine on my hardware. Previously it did on my when I had a 1050ti. But now with the rtx 2060 i get 2-3 stutters each game and the camera movement seems funny too Will getting a 144hz freesync monitor fix this issue ?
  9. This isn't available in India atm
  10. I am currently running an i59400f with rtx 2060 and 16gb ram Using a ips 1080p 60hz monitor. Want to upgrade to a 1080p 144hz monitor with freesync Nothing too flashy, just a monitor that will get the job done. Have identified 1) MSI Mag241c 2) LG Ultragear 24GL600 My budget is around the price range of these two monitors. Any suggestion would be welcome
  11. Somehow got round the issue with adaptive vsync on in ac odyssey Still in some games getting an odd stutter even with vsync on even with frame stuck at 60fps. Is it normal?
  12. Any help would be appreciated
