It works, i just took out the cpu and put it back in lol

The PSU is dead and the CMOS is cleared (still no boot) However there is only 1 pin bent and I have learned that that is only ram but i have sorted that problem

I would take the CPU back out and put it back in to rule out any issues with the CPU communicating with that slot.: Done this - still nothing If its a screw on type cooler: it is make sure you don't overtighten: its in-between loose and tight but it is in properly So you also have an i7 coming in that is compatible with the motherboard but its not here yet?: Yes, in the UK here we have stupid posting dates, I bought it yesterday - it's coming around the 29th this month. FYI it's an i7-3770K

Not a new cooler, no warp of board - did take out cpu and put it back in (curious lol) then applied new thermal paste. I do have an i7 coming in the post compatible with the motherboard if that is any use???????

The orange light goes on, then 1 beep, followed by 3 and followed by 2. BTW the orange MOBO light is still on.

That orange one on the MOBO: it doesn't say anything except from LED2????

I mean I turn it on and all the fans spin and there is an orange light on motherboard (which I think signifies power to MOBO????) but there is no display at all!

Please I really need this PC, it's for my job and I start back again in 2 days (inc. today!!!) Any other things i could do to fix it?
