Thanks, i already did that as I mentioned (maybe it wasn't clear described) when I disconnecting the internal screen even the windows doesn't show up on the external screen I think it is a problem with this hp modell cause I did that in other laptops and it works just fine. But this one is driving me nuts

Hello Lovely people I have an issue with g7 HP, I have broken screen and i want to display the boot menu in the external screen, when I started windows and the laptop main screen plugged in after it boot the windows display as well on the external screen (after it boot) I see nothing before it is in the windows. I plugged out the laptop screen and try to boot there is nothing in the main screen. My I dea to throw away the broken screen. And use the laptop as a desktop but it show nothing in the external screen when the laptop boating neither with laptop screen plug is on or off l, the only thing is different when the laptop screen plug is plugged I can only access the windows! I am using the HDMI port, I tried as well VGA. And I try to hit f10 and f2 with and without the function key. Can you help me with that smart people :) thanks in advance Best regards Babi
